What we keep, and what we don't.

Slip holds what it needs to pay you, deliver to your fans and keep the law. Here's what that is, and what we never ask for.

What we keep

Your identity: Your legal name, date of birth and ID, to confirm you're 18 or over and to pay you. Kept while you're on Slip and seven years after, as US record-keeping law requires.
Performer records: ID and consent for everyone in your content, stored encrypted and opened only for compliance.
Your fans' email: Every buyer gives one for the receipt and delivery. You see a fan's email only if they join your list, and only while they stay on it.
Sales and messages: Sales records for seven years, for tax. Messages and files until they're deleted.

What we don't

Card numbers: Fans enter their card with the payment processor. Slip never collects or stores a card number.
Phone numbers: Slip doesn't send texts and doesn't ask for a phone number.
Tracking: No third-party analytics or advertising cookies. Visits are counted with a code that changes every day, so no one is followed from one day to the next. Photos lose their location and camera data before upload.
Selling data: We don't sell personal information.

No AI content, no AI models

AI-generated and AI-altered content isn't allowed on Slip, and neither are AI-generated creators or performers. Every photo and video must show a real person verified with ID, and a person on our team reviews each one before it goes on sale.

Slip is open to creators in the US and outside it, on the same terms wherever you live: Slip charges 10% per sale.

In the US: Paid by ACH to your US bank account.
Everywhere else: Paid by Paxum, in US dollars. Check that Paxum can open an account for you where you live before you apply.
Fans in the UK and EU: Buying from the UK and the European Union may not be available at launch.

Content, custom requests and tips are all charged the same way.

Processing is shown at an example rate (9.9% + $0.35) until our processor's rate is set. Slip's share and the creator's don't depend on it.

Refunds: Content is delivered the moment a fan pays, singles included, and a fan with a problem asks Slip for help before their bank. Customs refund in full if you don't deliver in the time you quoted, and requests if you don't deliver within 72 hours. Fans can cancel a tip themselves within an hour.
Statement descriptor: Discreet, and shown to the fan before they pay.
Payouts: Paid weekly by Slip from settled funds: ACH to a US bank account, or Paxum outside the US. $50 minimum; less is added to your next payout.
Disputes: We contest every one, and nothing comes off your payouts when one is filed. If one is lost on something you delivered, the price comes off your next payout, the dispute fee is ours, and the fan is banned platform-wide.

Limits that protect both sides: $100 per tip, $300 a day per fan on tips and instant content. The same for everyone from day one. Never a punishment.
