Compliance Notice

All content appearing on sliplink.co is subject to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations.

Slip (operated by Design Business Company Inc.) is not the primary producer of any visual content displayed on this Platform. All visual content is uploaded by third-party creators ("Content Creators") who are solely responsible for compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements for any content they produce and upload.

For Content Uploaded by Creators

All Content Creators on Slip are required to:

1. Verify that all individuals appearing in visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct are at least 18 years of age at the time of creation
2. Maintain records as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for any content they produce
3. Provide accurate identification and age verification documentation to Slip prior to uploading content
4. Certify compliance with record-keeping requirements as a condition of using the Platform

Content Creator Responsibilities

Each Content Creator is the primary producer of their own content and maintains their own 2257 records. Inquiries regarding specific content should be directed to the individual Content Creator who uploaded such content.

Platform Role

Slip functions as a technology platform that facilitates communication and payments between fans and creators. We:

• Verify the identity and age of Content Creators before they can upload content
• Maintain records of Content Creator verification
• Require Content Creators to certify their compliance with applicable laws
• Remove content upon notice of violation
• Cooperate with law enforcement as required by law

We do not produce, direct, commission, or control the content that creators upload.

Exemptions

Certain content may be exempt from 2257 record-keeping requirements, including content that does not depict actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, content produced before July 3, 1995, and content where the depiction was created outside of the United States by non-US persons and entities. The determination of whether specific content is subject to or exempt from 2257 requirements is the sole responsibility of the Content Creator.
