Last Updated: October 21, 2026
This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Creator," "you," or "your") and Design Business Company Inc. ("Slip," "we," "us," or "our"). This Agreement governs your use of the Slip platform as a creator.
By registering as a Creator on Slip, you agree to this Agreement, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide valid government-issued identification
- Complete our identity verification process
- Provide accurate tax information
- Have the legal right to receive payments in your country
- Not be prohibited from receiving payments by any applicable law or regulation
2. Account Verification
Identity Verification
Before you can receive payouts, you must complete identity verification by providing:
- Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID)
- A selfie for facial verification
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) if requested
We use third-party verification services. Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

3. Content Guidelines
You May Share
- Original content you created
- Content you have full rights to distribute
- Content featuring only individuals who are 18+ and have consented
- Content that complies with our Terms of Service
You May Not Share
- Content depicting anyone under 18 in any context
- Content depicting non-consensual acts
- Content you do not own or have rights to
- Content depicting illegal acts
- AI-generated or AI-altered content
- Content that violates our Prohibited Content list in Section 6 of our Terms of Service
Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create and share through Slip. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to transmit, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.
4. Content, Performers, and Records (18 U.S.C. § 2257)
Performer Records
Every item you sell must be linked to at least one verified performer record. For each performer, you verify their identity and age, attest that they were 18 or older, and upload their government-issued photo ID and their signed written consent once.
That written consent must cover, for every piece of content they appear in: being depicted in it; its public distribution, including uploading it to Slip and selling it there; and its being downloaded by the fans who buy it. You keep the signed consent on record, and you provide it, with the performer's ID and proof of age, to Slip or to our payment processors when asked. A consent form template covering all three is on your Performers page.
Slip screens uploads and may sample them for human review. Items cannot be sold until they are approved.
You remain the primary producer of your content. Slip's role as custodian of copies of records is described in our 2257 Compliance Statement.
Maintaining Records
If you produce visual content depicting actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, you are responsible for the records below.
For each person appearing in such content, you must maintain:
- Legal name
- Date of birth
- A copy of government-issued photo ID proving age 18+
- Any stage names or aliases used
- The date records were created
Certification
By uploading content to Slip, you certify that:
- All individuals depicted are at least 18 years of age
- You have obtained and maintain all required records
- You will make records available for inspection as required by law
- You understand you are the "producer" of content you upload
Record Retention
You must retain these records for as long as the content exists online, plus five years after you delete it.
5. Fees and Payouts
Fees
- Slip charges 10% of the price of each sale, including tips and custom requests. There is no monthly fee and nothing is charged if you do not sell. If your sales pass $20K in a calendar month, we will contact you about your rate; until we agree a different one in writing, 10% applies. Slip's fee is deducted from your payout, and each statement shows it.
- If a sale is refunded, or lost in a card dispute, Slip's fee on that sale is returned to you, except on a dispute lost through your own breach (see Disputes below).
- Every Slip feature is included.
- Every fee is on the Fees page, with a change log. Fees change only with 30 days' notice, emailed to you.
- Separately, the fan pays a Slip fee on top of your price that covers payment processing (and, on a custom request, the service fee described below). You receive the item price minus Slip's fee.
Custom requests
- You choose whether to take custom requests and, if you do, your default delivery window (3, 7, 14 or 30 days). Each quote states a window of 1 to 30 days.
- The fan's card is authorized when they accept your quote; you have 72 hours to accept, or the authorization is released. The window runs from your acceptance.
- If the request is not delivered by the end of the window, the fan is refunded in full automatically, Slip's fee on that sale is returned to you, and the request counts toward your no-delivery rate.
- Fans pay a service fee of 5% of your quote on custom requests, inside the Slip fee shown to them before they pay; it is not deducted from your price.
Payouts
- Payouts are made by Slip from settled funds, in USD: by ACH to a US bank account, or by Paxum for creators who live outside the United States. Paxum does not offer accounts to individuals in the United States.
- We will tell you the payout schedule, any payout fees, and the minimum payout amount before your first payout.
- Slip does not hold creator balances beyond the settlement period.
Disputes
- Slip contests every card dispute with the record of the sale: the delivery log, the fan's confirmation and cancel hour for a tip, the receipt, and the 3-D Secure result.
- Nothing is deducted when a dispute is filed.
- You never pay a dispute fee on a purchase you delivered while your account is in good standing. If a dispute is lost, the item price is deducted from your next payout, Slip's fee on that sale is returned to you, and the processor's dispute fee is Slip's cost. For a tip, delivered means the fan confirmed it at checkout and the cancel hour passed.
- There are two exceptions. If the dispute was caused by your own breach of this Agreement, such as prohibited content or an item that was not what it was sold as, the dispute fee is deducted too and, for disputes ruled on or after November 17, 2026, Slip's fee on that sale is not returned. If your account is under dispute review (the review line below) when a dispute is lost, and the dispute is ruled on or after November 17, 2026, the dispute fee is deducted too.
- Where a deduction exceeds your next payout, Slip recovers the balance from payouts in the following 90 days and then writes it off.
- If a fan's bank rules for them against Slip in a dispute, or the charge is reported as fraud, that fan's account, email address and card can no longer buy or message on Slip.
- Accounts are reviewed when disputes exceed 0.75% of transactions over a rolling 90 days, and may be terminated above 1%, after the notice and appeal in Section 8.
5a. Delivery Obligations
- Instant items must be complete and accurate when you upload them.
- Approve items must be confirmed or declined within 72 hours.
- Request items must be accepted within 72 hours of the fan's payment and delivered within the window you quoted, as Custom requests in Section 5 sets out.
- A Paid reply must be confirmed and delivered, by your next message in the thread, within 72 hours of the fan's payment.
- Tips are gratuities. You owe nothing for a tip, and a fan can cancel one within an hour of paying. A reply or content you promise must be listed as an item (a Paid reply, or content), never asked for as a tip. You may not ask for tips in exchange for promised content, replies or time, and may not send payment requests in threads.
- If disputes on your tips reach 1% of your tips over 90 days (with at least 20 tips), Slip may turn tips off on your account while it reviews them.
- Purchases that are not delivered or replied to in time are refunded automatically and never credited to you.
- If more than 15% of your purchases go undelivered over 30 days, request and approve modes may be paused on your account.
5b. Watermarking
Slip applies a visible identifier tied to the buyer to every delivered file, and records it in the file's metadata. If you add your own watermark, the identifier stays on the file beside it. A watermark you upload that shows a payment handle (for example a Cash App, Venmo or PayPal name) is reviewed before it is used. You can look up an identifier to find the purchasing record. This is provided for your DMCA enforcement; Slip does not guarantee that leaks are prevented.
5c. Your Customers and Data
- Customer lists created through Slip belong to you, and you can export them at any time. Slip retains records for processing, disputes, and legal obligations as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for the content of messages you send to your customers and for honoring unsubscribes.
- Contacts you import are added only after they opt in.
5d. Scheduled Messages and Impersonation
- Automated messages are labeled to the fan.
- When you open a window, Slip suggests text for X, Reddit and other sites. You publish it yourself and are responsible for what you post there, including those sites' rules. Slip posts on your behalf only where you connect it (a Discord webhook today), and those posts are labeled "via Slip".
- You may not use third parties or tools to send messages as yourself outside these labeled scheduled messages.
- Your account is yours alone: you may not give anyone else access to it or let anyone reply as you.
6. Your Responsibilities
As a Creator, you agree to:
Deliver and Reply
- Meet the delivery obligations in Section 5a.
Maintain Your Profile
- Keep your profile accurate and up to date
- Clearly describe what fans can expect
- Set accurate expectations about response times
Comply with Laws
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- Report and pay all applicable taxes
- Maintain required records
Protect the Platform
- Not engage in fraud or manipulation
- Not attempt to circumvent the Slip fee
- Not share account access with others
- Report any security issues or abuse
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Sell items or solicit tips with false promises, or ask for tips in exchange for content, replies or time
- Use another person's identity
- Upload content you don't have rights to
- Manipulate reviews or ratings
- Harass or abuse fans or other creators
- Violate any provision of our Terms of Service
8. Termination
By You
You may close your account at any time from account settings or by emailing support@sliplink.co. "Leaving Slip" below applies.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account for: a breach of this Agreement or the Terms of Service; suspected fraud or illegal activity; no-delivery above the threshold in Section 5a that is not corrected within 30 days of our written notice; disputes above the threshold in Section 5; a request from law enforcement; or a requirement of a card network or our payment processor. We give the reason in writing at the time or within 24 hours; for illegal content, action is immediate and the reason is still sent. The steps (item held, payout hold, suspension, termination), what each does, and how to appeal are published in the Content Moderation Policy. Appeals are decided by a person who was not involved in the original decision, within 7 business days.
Leaving Slip
Whether you close your account or we end it, the same applies, with one exception at the end.
- Your customers. Your customer export is available for download for 12 months and is emailed to you if you haven't downloaded it within 7 days. Your conversations, your content as you uploaded it, and your statements are in the same export.
- Your money. Settled sales are paid on the next regular payout. Purchases still waiting for delivery are refunded to fans. Slip may hold from your final payouts only what is needed to cover card disputes that can still arrive on your sales, never more than 10% of your last 180 days of sales, and pays it out as each window closes, with a statement each time.
- Your content. Slip's license ends. Fans can download what they bought for 30 days. Slip keeps only the records the law requires (Section 4, payment records); those are never published or reused.
- Your link. sliplink.co/your-name redirects wherever you point it for 12 months. You can change the destination from the closed-account page.
- Taxes and records. You remain responsible for taxes owed; record-keeping obligations continue as the law requires.
- The exception. If your account is terminated for illegal content, payout is held pending investigation, your link doesn't redirect, and Slip may report to authorities as required. Everything else above still applies.
9. Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- All information you provide is accurate
- You have the right to share all content you upload
- All individuals in your content are 18+ and have given written consent to be depicted, to the content's distribution on Slip, and to its download by buyers
- You will comply with all applicable laws
- You will maintain required records
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Design Business Company Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your content
- Your violation of this Agreement
- Your violation of any law or third-party right
- Any claim by an individual appearing in your content
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLIP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Changes to This Agreement
We may change this Agreement. A change that narrows a right or raises a cost takes effect 30 days after we email you about it; a change that widens a right takes effect when posted. Every change is listed on the Changes page with its date. If you don't agree to a change, close your account before it takes effect; "Leaving Slip" in Section 8 applies.
13. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved according to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service.
14. Miscellaneous
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of Oregon
- If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect
- This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding your Creator account
- Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
