DMCA Policy

Design Business Company Inc. ("Slip") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on the Platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL or link)
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed
- Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent containing:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its prior location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located
- Your physical or electronic signature
Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:
- We will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- We will notify the user who posted the material
- The user may submit a counter-notification
- If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will notify the original complainant
- The original complainant has 10-14 business days to file a court action
- If no court action is filed, we may restore the material
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Platform and/or terminate accounts of users who infringe intellectual property rights, whether or not there is repeat infringement.
Misrepresentation
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Before filing a DMCA notice or counter-notification, you may wish to contact an attorney.
Non-Copyright Claims
