Policy changes

Every change to Slip's terms, policies and fees, newest first, with when it takes effect.

  1. The Creator Agreement says what a performer's written consent covers: being depicted, the content's distribution on Slip, and its download by the fans who buy it, with the consent and ID provided to Slip or its payment processors when asked. A consent form template is on the Performers page. The agreement's printed signature form is replaced by how creators actually accept it. The 2257 Statement says Slip keeps copies of every performer's ID and consent, that records requests go to the Custodian of Records by email, and that reports go to report@sliplink.co.

  2. A Complaints Policy page: how to complain, a decision within 7 business days, and how to appeal. Anyone who appears in content and asked for it to be removed can now appeal a refusal, and a disagreement about consent can go to a neutral arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, at Slip's expense. The Terms gain an Anti-Human Trafficking Policy (Section 6b).

  3. October 20, 2026Terms of Service

Refund requests on any purchase go through Request help. If something's wrong with content you bought, or with a tip after its hour to cancel, use Request help: every refund request is reviewed on its own facts. The automatic refunds and the one-hour tip cancel are unchanged.

  4. October 18, 2026Creator AgreementIn effect from November 17, 2026

Two exceptions to never paying a dispute fee on a purchase you delivered, for disputes ruled from November 17, 2026: a dispute lost while your account is under dispute review (0.75% or more of your sales disputed over 90 days) carries the processor's dispute fee, and a dispute lost through your own breach keeps Slip's fee on that sale as well as carrying the dispute fee. A shortfall no payout covers is recovered from the following 90 days of payouts, then written off.

  5. Custom requests: the creator quotes a delivery window of up to 30 days; the fan's card is held when they accept the quote and charged only when the creator accepts the order, within 72 hours, or the hold is released; the window runs from that acceptance, and an undelivered request is refunded in full automatically. The Slip fee on a custom includes a 5% service fee on the quote, shown to the fan before they pay and never deducted from the creator's price. Creators choose whether to take customs and their default window in Settings.

  6. October 18, 2026Fees · Creator Agreement

Slip's fee is 10% of each sale at any size; the 7% rate on the part of a month's sales past $5,000 is gone. Creators selling more than $20K a month are asked to talk to us about a negotiated rate, and 10% applies until one is agreed in writing.

  7. October 17, 2026Terms of Service

A bundle you bought counts toward another bundle, a set or singles that share its parts: each of its sets and files carries its share of what you paid, in proportion to what each sells for on its own.

  8. October 17, 2026Terms of Service

What you've already paid toward a set or a bundle also counts when you confirm your email with the code we send at checkout; you see the lower price before you pay.

  9. October 17, 2026Terms of Service

Bundles work like sets: what you've already paid toward a set or a bundle (a set you bought, or singles from it) counts toward it, so the rest costs the difference, from $1, and nothing you already have all of is sold to you again.

  10. October 17, 2026Terms of Service

Singles (photos, videos and audio bought on their own) are final once delivered, like any content. They never cost more than their set: picks in one payment stop at the set's price and get the whole set, and what you've paid for a set's singles counts toward buying the rest of it, from $1. (Changed October 20, 2026: refund requests on any purchase now go through Request help and are reviewed case by case.)

  11. October 17, 2026Creator AgreementIn effect from November 16, 2026

Leaving Slip, the exception: an account terminated for illegal content doesn't get its link redirected elsewhere.

  12. October 17, 2026Content Moderation

Written down: a report that content shows someone under 18, sexual activity without consent, or intimate images shared without permission takes the creator's page offline while a moderator reviews it, usually within 24 hours. It isn't a suspension: the page comes back if the report is dismissed, and if it's upheld the account is terminated.

  13. October 16, 2026DMCA

Ending an account for infringement follows the steps in the Content Moderation Policy, with the reason in writing and the right to appeal ("at our sole discretion" is gone).

  14. October 16, 2026Creator AgreementIn effect from November 15, 2026

Leaving Slip, your money: Slip may hold part of a closed or ended account's final payouts to cover card disputes that can still arrive, never more than 10% of the last 180 days of sales, and pays it out as each sale's window closes, with a statement each time. Before, delivered purchases were paid in full on the next payout.

  15. October 16, 2026Creator Agreement

You never pay the processor's dispute fee on a purchase you delivered: it's Slip's cost, unless the dispute was caused by your own breach of the Agreement. Slip suspends or ends an account only for the reasons listed, gives the reason in writing within 24 hours, and a person not involved decides an appeal within 7 business days ("any reason at our sole discretion" is gone). Leaving Slip, whoever ends it: your export of customers, conversations, content and statements for 12 months, settled sales paid on the next payout, Slip's license ended (fans can download what they bought for 30 days), and your link redirected where you choose for 12 months.

  16. October 16, 2026Terms of Service

Closing and termination, written down. Slip suspends or ends an account only for a stated reason and gives it in writing within 24 hours; accounts are no longer ended for inactivity (a creator account with no sign-in or sales for 24 months is closed after 60 days' notice, its export sent first). Slip doesn't use your content to advertise itself without your separate written agreement. A change that narrows a right or raises a cost takes effect 30 days after we email you, and every change is listed here.

  17. October 16, 2026Content Moderation

Enforcement in four published steps, each with its triggers: item held, payout hold, suspension, termination. A payout hold and a suspension are separate, and during a suspension payouts of settled funds continue. Every action comes with a written reason within 24 hours; a removal, a payout hold, a suspension or a termination can be appealed, and each decision is shown on the creator's account.

  18. October 16, 2026Fees

Disputes: if one is lost on something the creator delivered, the creator loses that sale and Slip pays the processor's dispute fee. Only a dispute caused by the creator's own breach also carries the fee.

  19. October 16, 2026Privacy Policy

Deleting from Your purchases, on a device that has opened a link we emailed you, now removes your email address and every device too, not only the login, and your conversation links stop working. Purchases stay in transaction records without your email; conversations stay with the creator.

  20. Windows, written down. Creators publish their own posts on X, Reddit and other sites and answer for them; Slip posts only where a creator connects it (Discord), labeled "via Slip". The Privacy Policy lists a creator's Discord webhook, the window code kept in your tab (no cookie), and Discord as a place a creator's post goes, carrying nothing about fans.

  21. October 15, 2026Privacy Policy

Payment safety records, listed: what's recorded when you pay or tip, when you open or save a file you bought, the limits and pauses you set, and dispute records and bans; with how long each is kept. A card token and your bank's verification result are recorded only once the payment processor provides them.

  22. October 15, 2026Creator Agreement

Tips are gratuities: a creator owes nothing for a tip, and a fan can cancel one within an hour. A promised reply or content must be listed as an item, never asked for as a tip, and creators don't send payment requests in conversations. A Paid reply is confirmed and delivered within 72 hours. Slip may turn tips off while it reviews disputes above 1% of a creator's tips. The messaging fee and live texting are gone. A fan whose bank rules for them against Slip, or who reports fraud, can no longer buy or message.

  23. October 15, 2026Terms of Service

Tips are gratuities: you can cancel one within an hour of paying; after that it's final and no reply is owed (a tip used to be refunded if the creator didn't reply in 72 hours). A tip is at most $100. Paid replies are charged only when the creator confirms. New spending limits, and your own limits and pauses. The messaging fee and live texting are gone. Slip contests every dispute; a fan whose bank rules for them against Slip, or who reports fraud, can no longer buy or message. (Changed October 20, 2026: refund requests on any purchase now go through Request help and are reviewed case by case.)

  24. October 5, 2026Fees

Fees published. Slip charges 10% per sale, 7% on the part of a month's sales past $5,000. The fan's Slip fee covers card processing at cost.

The log starts with the fees (October 5, 2026) and the policy documents (October 15, 2026); earlier versions aren't listed.
