Content Moderation and Complaints Policy

Last Updated: October 21, 2026

Design Business Company Inc. ("Slip," "we," "us," or "our") operates sliplink.co. This policy describes how content on the Platform is reviewed, how prohibited content is identified and removed, and how any person can report content or appeal a decision.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all content transmitted through the Platform, including creator profiles, tip pages, and media exchanged in private threads between creators and fans.

2. Who May Upload Content

Only verified creators may upload content. Before a creator account is enabled for uploads or payouts, we require:

  • Government-issued photo identification
  • A liveness or selfie check matched against that identification
  • Confirmation that the creator is at least 18 years of age
  • Written acknowledgement of record-keeping obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2257
  • Written certification that every person appearing in the creator's content is at least 18 and has consented to appear and to have the content distributed

Fans cannot upload media to the Platform.

AI-generated or AI-altered sexual content is prohibited. A person reviews every photo and video uploaded for sale before it goes on sale, and rejects anything that appears to be AI-generated or AI-altered.

3. Consent Documentation

For any content featuring a person other than the creator, the creator must, before upload, obtain and retain:

  • Government-issued identification for each person depicted
  • Written consent from each person depicted to create the content and to distribute it on the Platform
  • A record of the date consent was obtained

We may request this documentation at any time. Failure to produce it on request results in removal of the content and may result in account termination.

4. How Content Is Reviewed

Human review before anything is published or sold

A trained human reviewer checks each of the following before it is published or offered for sale:

  • Every new creator profile, and every change to one
  • Every new performer, with the identity documents behind it
  • Every item a creator lists, and every photo and video uploaded to it

Reviewers reject anything that breaks the Prohibited Content list in Section 6 of our Terms of Service, anything that appears to be AI-generated or AI-altered, and any item whose people are not the creator's verified performers. An item cannot be approved until at least one person in it is a verified performer. Nothing is published or sold until a reviewer approves it, and every decision is made by a person.

Messages

  • The text of every message between a creator and a fan is checked against a list of prohibited terms. A message that matches is held and is not delivered until a reviewer has looked at it.
  • Every photo a creator sends in a conversation is held and is not delivered until a reviewer approves it.
  • Voice notes are delivered when sent. They are covered by the rolling sample below and by reports.
  • A rolling sample of delivered messages, including voice notes, is reviewed by a person after delivery.

Timing

  • We aim to complete every review within 24 hours of upload, change or report
  • Content is not published, sold or delivered while it is under review
  • Content confirmed to depict a minor is removed immediately, the account is terminated, and the incident is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and to law enforcement as required by law

5. Reporting Content

Anyone, including people who are not users of the Platform, may report content. You do not need an account to file a report.

Email: report@sliplink.co
Subject line: Content Report

Please include the URL or creator username, a description of the concern, and your contact information. Reports concerning a person depicted without consent, or a person who may be a minor, are prioritized.

Reports may also be filed by a person depicted in content, their legal representative, or any third party acting on their behalf.

6. Complaint Handling and Timelines

Stage Timeline
Acknowledgement of report Within 24 hours
Content removed pending review, where the report alleges a minor, non-consent, or non-consensual intimate imagery Immediately upon receipt
Investigation and resolution Within 7 business days of receipt
Written notice of outcome to the reporter Within 7 business days of receipt

7. Appeals

A creator whose content is removed, whose payouts are held, or whose account is suspended or terminated may appeal. So may a person who appears in content and asked for it to be removed, if we refused.

Email: appeals@sliplink.co

Appeals must be filed within 30 days of the decision. Appeals are reviewed by a person who was not involved in the original decision. We will respond in writing, with the reason, within 7 business days. Each decision and its appeal status are visible to the creator on their account. Appeals are not available for content confirmed to depict a minor.

If a person who appears in content still disagrees with the outcome of their appeal about whether they consented, they can ask for the disagreement to be decided by a neutral arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, at our expense. The content is removed if the decision is that consent was not given or is void under applicable law. See also our Complaints Policy.

8. Enforcement

Enforcement follows these steps, in order of severity. Each action comes with a written reason at the time or within 24 hours, and each can be appealed under Section 7.

  1. Item held. Triggered by a screening or review match. The item is unlisted; nothing else changes. The reason is shown on the item.
  2. Payout hold. Triggered by disputes above the review threshold in the Creator Agreement, or by an open investigation into illegal content. Payouts pause; sales continue. The notice says what ends the hold.
  3. Suspension. Triggered by repeat prohibited content, or a dispute ratio not recovered within 30 days. The creator's link shows as paused, no new sales are taken, conversations are read-only, and payouts of settled funds continue.
  4. Termination. Triggered by illegal content, identity fraud, disputes above the termination threshold, or a third suspension. What the creator keeps is set out in the Creator Agreement, "Leaving Slip."

We may also restrict uploads at any step, and we report to law enforcement and to our payment processors where required.

A report that content shows someone under 18, sexual activity without consent, or intimate images shared without permission takes the creator's page offline as soon as it arrives, while a moderator reviews it, usually within 24 hours. This isn't a suspension: the page comes back if the report is dismissed, and if it's upheld the account is terminated.

Content depicting a minor, non-consensual sexual activity, or human trafficking results in immediate permanent termination on the first instance.

9. Record of Actions

We maintain a record of every report received, every review decision, the reviewer, the date, and the outcome. These records are retained for seven years and are available to our payment processors and to law enforcement on lawful request.
