Set pages, downloads, and why files carry a code.
Instant content opens straight away
After you buy instant content you land on its set page: the cover, the title, Download set and every file. Tap a file to open it full size and swipe through the set. Photos are usually ready within seconds. Video takes longer; the set page shows "Preparing" until it's done.
Downloading again
Your purchases lists everything you've bought, and in your conversation each delivered order has View, which opens its set page. Each download link is fresh and works for 15 minutes, so you can come back and download again any time.
Why files carry a code
Every file you receive is a copy made for your purchase. It carries a small code tied to you, and Slip tells you this before you pay. It protects the creator if a file is shared somewhere it shouldn't be.
Something's wrong with a file
Use Request help at the foot of the purchase's receipt in your conversation. It opens an email to Slip support with the purchase reference filled in.
