Problems with a purchase, and reporting something that's wrong.
A problem with a purchase
Use Request help at the foot of the purchase's receipt in your conversation, or in the conversation's ⋯ menu. It emails Slip support with the purchase reference. Please ask us before disputing a charge with your bank. Slip contests every dispute with the record of the payment, and if the bank rules against Slip, that account can no longer buy or message on Slip.
Reporting
Every creator's link page and every conversation has a Report link. Reports go to Slip's moderators, and your private conversation link isn't shared with the report.
